This chalice was initialy turned from freshly cut Ash. After initial shaping, it was treated and allowed to season for 2 to 3 months in a controlled environment. It was then finally shaped and has been finished with beeswax.
As with so many of my pieces, these are individual and the initial branch shape has guided the turning work / design.
